Carl Tausig



Polish composer Carl Tausig (1841-1871). One of the greatist pianists of the 19th century. Liszt considered Tausig his greatest pupil. It is rumored that at the time of Tausig's death, he was without equal. He died from typhoid fever at the age of 29.
