Heinz Holliger



Swiss conductor Heinz Holliger (b. 1939) is one of the most versatile and unusual musicians of our times. He conducts many leading orchestras and ensembles around the world, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Cleveland Orchestra, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the English Chamber Orchestra, the Philharmonia Orchestra London, the Vienna Philharmonic, the Vienna Symphony and many, many more. Holliger is also a virtuoso oboist and composer.
