the code after the label Item/Product Number (in French emails: "Numéro du produit/de l'objet")
WorldPay/credit card:
the code after the label WorldPay's transaction ID
Shouln't I have received links in an email?
After paying, you should expect two emails. One from us with the links to the music files, and one receipt from the payment provider (PayPal or WorldPay).
There is a small chance that the email from us won't arrive. If you never got our email, first thing to check is your spam filter. If you have a "junk folder", please check if our email ended up there. Also make sure
you can receive emails from eclassical.com ( sales@eclassical.com etc). Most cases have been misconfigured spam filters that marked our
emails as spam (wich is wrong and should be corrected). Second thing to check is if you entered the wrong email address at the payment form.
You can send us an email and state what you purchased, when and
what email you were using. That will help us investigate. Please send us the email from a different email address than the one used for the
purchase, since we don't want the further conversation also to get filtered as spam (incorrectly).
But in most cases, both emails arrive, at about the same time.
