Jun’ichi Hirokami

Japanese conductor Jun'ichi Hirokami (born 1958) studied conducting, piano, musicology and viola in Tokyo. Maestro Hirokami has served as Principal Guest conductor at several orchestras, and as chief conductor of the Swedish Norrköping Symphony Orchestra. He is now Chief conductor of the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra.
