Elemér Lavotha

Hungarian-born Swedish cellist Elemér Lavotha (born 1952). He moved to Sweden 1962 and studied at the State College of Music in Stockholm and was awarded the Medal of the Academy of Music. Principal cellist with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra since 1973, often performing as soloist.
