Alistair Dixon



English conductor Alastair Dixon (b. 1961) was educated at Millfield School and graduated from Liverpool University. In 1994 he was appointed a Gentleman in Ordinary at Her Majesty's Chapel Royal, and founded Chapelle du Roi in the same year. He jointly runs the music publishing company The Cantiones Press and is chaiman of The Renaissance Society.
