The French Ensemble Instrumental La Follia was formed in 1971. It has won a place in the affections of music-lovers everywhere thanks to the passionate commitment of its sixteen members led by its artistic director, the talented French violinist Christophe Poignet. From the Rhineland starting point it has undertaken tours in France, the rest of Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
