Jens Björn-Larsen

Danish tuba player Jens Björn-Larsen (b. 1965). He has won numerous prizes and awards including first prize in the 1985 Nordic Soloist Competition, the Victor Borge Prize and first prize at the Concours d'exécution musicale in Geneva. Principal tuba player with the Danish National Radio Sumphony Orchestra since 1987, and teaches at the Royal Danish Conservatory and at Malmö Academy of Music, Lund University in Sweden.
