Bernard Rands



English/American composer Bernard Rands (b1934). American citizen 1983. Established as a major figure in contemporary music. Pulitzer Prize in music in 1984 and Kennedy Center Freidhem Award 1986. From 1988 to 2005 he taught at Harvard University.
