Italian composer Giulio Regondi (1822-1872).
Born to a German mother and an Italian father. His father was a guitarist, composer and singer. Giulio often performed duos with his father. After living some years in France, in 1831 Regondi and his father settled down in London where he was based for the rest of his life. He must have been a very impressive instrumentalist because his very challenging solo works demand the highest skills by the performer.
