Japanese guitarist Koki Fujimoto makes a stunning Naxos debut with his first full-length recording of evocative French, Spanish, and Japanese masterpieces. The programme features three world premieres, including Fujimoto’s own arrangement of Ravel’s Alborada del gracioso and his original work Aki no Sankan Nigiri. From the traditional miniatures of Miguel Llobet to the virtuosity of Fernando Sor, this album showcases a versatile new voice in the world of classical guitar.
