Dekov, Emil
Bulgarian violinist Emil Dekov (b. 1932).
Studied at the Sofia Academy until 1954. In 1957, after his academic studies, Dekov became the leader of the Bulgarian State Opera Orchestra. He retained this position until 1962, when he came to Sweden, where he led the Örebro Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra.
