Rudin, Alexander
Russian cellist Alexander Rudin was born in Moscow in 1960. He studied the conducting and cello and won numerous prizes in international competitions between 1976 and 1982. He has since appeared with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Symphony and the Danish Radio Orchestra, as well as all the Russian orchestras and the Munich Chamber Orchestra. As a conductor Rudin has appeared in Norway, Finland Germany and Spain. He is the director of the Musica Viva Chamber Orchestra.
