The works are performed by Miklós Spányi on a clavichord built by Joris Potvlieghe, modeled after an 18th-century instrument by Gottfried Joseph Horn. The recording took place in July 2000 at the House of the Lumijoki Youth Association in Finland, ensuring an authentic historical sound.
