German Raschèr Saxophone Quartet. Since its iformation in 1969, the Raschèr Quartet has established itself as one of the musical world's finest chamber ensembles giving regular recitals at the most prestigious venues both in Europe and the USA. The Quartet has worked closely with contemporary composers.
The ensemble carries on a tradition established in the 1930s by Sigurd Raschèr, the pioneer of the classical saxophone.
