Krysztof Penderecki



Polish composer Krysztof Penderecki (b. 1933). Winner of numerous awards, honorary and for compositions; presented with a number of honorary doctorates. Professor of composition at the Cracov Conservatory 1958, from 1972 head of the College of Music in Cracow. Professor at the Yale School of Music in the mid 1970:s.
