Norwegian composer and percussionist Odd Börge Sagland (b. 1967). When he was 17 he became the youngest full-time student at the Norwegian College of Music in Oslo. After graduating, he continued his studies at the Royal Danish Concervatory of Music in Copenhagen. Further studies in Würzburg, Vienna and New York. In 1996 principal timbanist of the Thüringen Philharmonic Orchestra. Sagland appears regularly as a solo percussionist.
