Nicholas Ward



Born in Manchester, the son of parents who had met as members of the Hallé Orchestra. In 1977 he moved to London where he first joined the Melos Ensemble, then the Royal Philharmonic, the City of London Sinfonia and the Northern Chamber Orchestra.
